Davido Surprises Wife Chioma with 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon Worth ₦240m

Nigerian Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has gifted his wife Chioma a brand-new 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, just weeks after their lavish Miami wedding.

The luxury SUV, which debuted this year with a redesigned look and electric options, is valued at more than $150,000 (about ₦240 million). Davido revealed in an Instagram Story on Wednesday that he traded in an older model and topped it up with additional funds to secure the latest edition.

Presenting the gift, the singer said it was his way of giving Chioma “only the best”. A visibly delighted Chioma received the car months after the couple’s $3.7 million white wedding in August, the final in a three-part celebration that attracted top figures from politics, business, and entertainment.

The G-Wagon has long been a status symbol among global celebrities, and Davido’s latest gesture further cements his reputation for grand romantic surprises and luxury spending.
