BBNaija 10: Mide says she’s ‘not ashamed’ of falling in love on national TV

Big Brother Naija housemate Mide has declared she has no regrets about finding love on the reality show, despite her partner Bright Morgan being in a relationship outside the house.

Speaking during her diary session on Sunday, just hours after Morgan’s shock eviction, the 25-year-old admitted that she never imagined she would fall for someone under the watchful eyes of millions of viewers.

“I never thought I would fall for someone on national TV, and it happened so naturally. I am not ashamed about it. I learnt a lot. I don’t feel like I have any unfinished business,” Mide said.

Her romance with Bright Morgan, who had openly confessed to being committed outside the show, sparked debate among fans. The connection, however, was undeniable, with Mide admitting that her feelings for him grew effortlessly.

The emotional toll of Morgan’s exit was evident on Saturday night, when she broke down in tears after host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced his eviction during the Turnup party.

Despite previously promising not to kiss or get intimate on the show out of respect for her family, Mide later let her guard down with Morgan.

Fellow housemates Dede and Kola were quick to console her after the eviction, assuring her that she only has a short time left in the house before she can reunite with him and decide the future of their relationship.
