Former Minister of State for Transportation and Mines & Steel Development, Gbemisola Saraki, has renewed her membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the party intensifies its nationwide electronic registration and revalidation exercise.
Saraki completed the process at Ajikobi Central Ward in Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State, where she also urged party members and prospective supporters to actively participate ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Addressing party faithful after the exercise, the former minister described the e-registration initiative as a crucial step towards strengthening the APC’s organisational base and electoral readiness.
“With the 2027 election fast approaching, active and documented membership remains the bedrock of our party’s strength and collective progress. I encourage all members and those willing to join us to take advantage of this opportunity before the deadline,” she said.
Saraki noted that a transparent and inclusive registration process would further consolidate the APC’s dominance in Kwara State, while also promoting internal democracy within the party.
The APC e-registration and revalidation exercise is part of broader efforts by the ruling party to update its membership database and mobilise grassroots support ahead of future political contests.
