Trump Issues Stark Warning to Iran: Full Bombardment Looms if Talks Stall

United States President Donald Trump has warned Iran to engage seriously in peace negotiations or face intensified military action, escalating tensions in the ongoing Middle East conflict.

In a post on his Truth Social account on Thursday, Trump threatened that any further delays in negotiation would trigger “full and heavy bombardment” of Iranian targets.

“They better get serious soon, before it is too late, because once that happens, there is no turning back, and it won’t be pretty,” Trump wrote.

Trump claimed that Iranian negotiators are secretly seeking a deal with the U.S., arguing that such overtures are expected given the country’s military losses.

The conflict began on February 28 when the United States, in coordination with Israel, launched a strike that killed Iran’s Supreme Leader and multiple senior officials. In response, Iran has carried out several waves of drone and missile attacks against U.S. interests in the Middle East and Israel.

Trump’s remarks underline the heightened risk of further escalation, as diplomatic efforts remain fragile and the region faces mounting security and humanitarian challenges.
