Ranchers Bees Adopt Katsina Stadium as Temporary Home for 2026/27 Season

Ranchers Bees have adopted the Muhammad Dikko Stadium in Katsina as their temporary home ground for the 2026/27 football season.

The Kaduna-based club will use the stadium, which is the home ground of Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Katsina United, while renovation work continues at their regular home venue, the Kaduna Township Stadium.

The decision means Ranchers Bees will play their home fixtures in Katsina until their original stadium is ready to host matches again.

The club, managed by coach Usman Abdallah, will make their debut at the newly adopted venue this weekend when they face Abia Warriors in a Matchday 2 fixture.

Ranchers Bees will be looking to put their difficult start to the new campaign behind them after suffering a 3-1 defeat to Ikorodu City in their opening match.

The loss leaves the Kaduna side with an early opportunity to respond, with the clash against Abia Warriors providing a chance to secure their first points of the season.

Playing at the Muhammad Dikko Stadium is also expected to give Ranchers Bees a more stable home venue while the Kaduna Township Stadium remains unavailable.

The club will now hope the temporary switch does not disrupt their campaign as they seek to establish themselves in the 2026/27 season.
