Logos Olori Reveals Why Davido Works Like He Has No Money

Singer and Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) signee, Logos Olori, has shared insights into his record label boss, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, describing him as a highly dedicated artiste despite his wealthy background.

Speaking on a recent episode of the Wahala Podcast, Olori expressed admiration for Davido’s commitment to music and his relentless approach to his career.

According to him, Davido works as though he has no money, despite coming from a wealthy family. He suggested that the singer’s passion for music, rather than financial gain, is one of the major reasons behind his continued drive.

Olori also attributed part of Davido’s work ethic to competition within the Nigerian music industry, saying the desire to remain at the top among his peers motivates the singer to keep pushing himself.

“Davido works like he doesn’t have money. I feel like the competition drives him. He is very passionate. I don’t think he needs music money; he just does it for fun,” Olori said.

The singer further revealed that Davido signed him to DMW after he wrote the hit song Unavailable for the Afrobeats star.

Olori also disclosed that he was living comfortably in Dubai before deciding to relocate to Nigeria and pursue music as a full-time career.
