NSITF Warns Nigerians Over Fake Recruitment Offers

The Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund, NSITF, has warned Nigerians about fraudsters using fake recruitment adverts and forged appointment letters to deceive job seekers.

The agency said scammers are reportedly presenting fraudulent employment offers in its name and may be demanding money from unsuspecting applicants.

NSITF urged members of the public to exercise caution and verify recruitment information through its official channels before providing personal details or making any payment.

The warning comes amid growing concerns over fraudulent job offers targeting Nigerians seeking employment.

The agency stressed that job seekers should not pay individuals or groups claiming they can secure employment with NSITF.

Applicants were also advised to treat unsolicited recruitment messages with caution and confirm any employment information directly with the agency before taking further steps.
