A family in Calabar is pleading for help in finding Aisha Ibrahim, a 19-year-old nursing student from Gombe State, who has been missing since October 30, 2025.
Aisha, who is currently undergoing industrial training at Glorious Amazing Grace and Maternity Hospital in the Ikot Ekpo, 8 Miles Junction area of Calabar, was last seen on her way to the hospital that Thursday morning.
Her brother-in-law, Shehu Muhammed Danladi, told DAILY POST that all attempts to trace her since then have failed.
“Since that day, we haven’t heard from her again. We are becoming increasingly worried and concerned about her whereabouts,” Danladi said.
According to the family, Aisha lived in Nasarawa, a Hausa community in Calabar, before her disappearance. Her sudden vanishing has left relatives and colleagues deeply anxious.
The family is appealing to the public and security agencies to assist in locating her. Anyone with useful information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the hospital or reach the family on 07071408717.
Her disappearance adds to growing concerns over the safety of young women across Nigerian cities, with many families calling for stronger security measures and faster response systems in missing-person cases.
