Meet NANS New National President

National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS, recently elected new executive members.

The election was the the high point of the national convention, which held between June 24 and June 27, 2021.

According to the statement signed by the Convention Clerk, ATBU Bauchi, Muhammadu lsah, Comrade Abdulmajeed Oyeniyi emerged the National President with Comrade Paul Bidas Tenti as Vice President, National Affairs.

The statement noted that Comrade Helen Efenji was elected Vice President, Special Duties, Comrade Isangobong Eyibio as PRO, and Comrade Jamiu Abdullahi, Deputy Senate President.

The convention was preceded by the election of the convention chairmen, Comrades Peter Bassey Asuquo and Modibbo Ibrahim after Comrade Danielson Akpan, the outgoing chairman declared the convention open.
