One Battle After Another claimed Best Picture, while Jessie Buckley earned Best Actress for her role in Hamnet, and Michael B Jordan won Best Actor for Sinners. Supporting acting awards went to Amy Madigan (Weapons) and Sean Penn (One Battle After Another).
Paul Thomas Anderson was awarded Best Director for One Battle After Another, while Ryan Coogler received Best Original Screenplay for Sinners. The Best Adapted Screenplay award went to Paul Thomas Anderson for One Battle After Another.
KPop Demon Hunters won Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song for “Golden,” while Sentimental Value took home Best International Feature. Ludwig Goransson scored Best Original Score for Sinners, which also won Best Cinematography for Autumn Durald Arkapaw. Avatar: Fire and Ash earned Best Visual Effects, and Frankenstein dominated Best Production Design, Make-up and Hairstyling, and Costume Design categories.
Other key wins included Best Sound for F1, Best Film Editing for One Battle After Another, and Best Casting also for One Battle After Another. Short film and documentary categories celebrated a variety of works, from The Girl Who Cried Pearls to All the Empty Rooms.
The ceremony highlighted both Hollywood giants and international talent, with films spanning a wide range of genres, proving that 2026 was a year of innovation and artistic excellence in film.
