Pastor Tobi Adegboyega Speaks After Cancer Surgery, Begins Chemotherapy Journey

UK-based Nigerian celebrity pastor, Tobi Adegboyega, has revealed he is recovering from cancer surgery and is preparing to begin chemotherapy as part of his treatment plan.

Adegboyega, the founder of SPAC Nation Church, had earlier disclosed his cancer diagnosis to the public. In a new video update, he reassured followers of his recovery progress, stressing that he is embracing the reality of the battle with courage.

“This is proof of life. I’m alive and I’m recovering. I have gone through the surgery, and then there is the chemotherapy treatment afterwards,” he said.

The flamboyant cleric noted that while many Nigerians would typically reject such a diagnosis with religious phrases, he chose to face it head-on.

“When you tell Nigerians this, they will say it’s not your portion in Jesus’ name. But it was my portion, and I have faced it like a man should,” Adegboyega declared.

He went on to appreciate the outpouring of prayers and support from the public since his health challenge became known.

Adegboyega’s message has sparked widespread reactions online, with many commending his openness about a health battle often kept private by public figures.
