
The National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Samuel Anyanwu, popularly known as Sam Daddy, has been conferred with the prestigious title of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (CIPAN).
The recognition came during the Institute’s 25th anniversary ceremony, which attracted distinguished Nigerians from various sectors.
According to the Institute, Senator Anyanwu’s election as a Fellow was based on his intellectual excellence, administrative leadership, and distinguished record of public service.
In his remarks, the former lawmaker expressed gratitude to the Institute for the honour, acknowledging the weight of responsibility it carries.
“Being a Fellow of CIPAN is a privilege that comes with great expectations,” Anyanwu said. “I am determined to live up to this recognition and continue contributing meaningfully to public administration and national development.”
