2Baba Breaks Silence on Marriage Trouble With Natasha After Abuja Club Drama

Nigerian music star Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has publicly addressed the growing controversy surrounding his marriage to Natasha Osawaru following a reported incident at an Abuja nightclub.

The singer spoke about the situation during the Daddy Showkey 50 Years on Stage concert on Sunday, August 9, 2026, where he appeared to acknowledge serious difficulties in his relationship with Natasha.

While speaking to the audience, 2Baba said he had decided to stop “looking for trouble”, adding that he had already experienced the consequences of doing so. His remarks came amid fresh reports about tensions between the couple.

The development followed an incident at a newly opened Abuja nightclub where 2Baba was scheduled to perform on Friday. Videos circulating on social media reportedly showed Natasha arriving at the venue and asking to see her husband.

The incident came weeks after reports that 2Baba had allegedly left their home and blocked Natasha from contacting him. There have also been unverified claims on social media concerning alleged physical confrontations between the couple. Those claims have not been independently established.

When a concertgoer attempted to describe the situation as an expression of love, the singer strongly rejected the suggestion.

“Na love now,” the fan shouted from the crowd, to which 2Baba replied: “Na love? You dey craze.”
