Blord Walks Free from Kuje Prison, Breaks Silence After Bail in VeryDarkMan Feud Case

Nigerian entrepreneur and social media figure Blord has regained his freedom after days in detention, stepping out of Kuje correctional facility to a wave of online attention and public reactions.

His release followed the fulfilment of bail conditions, bringing a temporary pause to a case that has drawn widespread interest due to its ties to a high-profile online dispute.

Speaking shortly after leaving custody, Blord appeared in a viral video expressing gratitude to those who supported him during his detention. He singled out activist Omoyele Sowore and his team, as well as other supporters who he said contributed time, resources, and effort towards securing his release.

“I’m out, I’m good, and I’m going home,” he said, thanking those who stood by him. “I want to appreciate every single person that put in their efforts, their time, their money, and everything. May God bless you.”

His arrest and remand had been linked to an escalating online feud involving controversial commentator VeryDarkMan, a clash that quickly moved from social media exchanges into legal territory.

The dispute, which had played out publicly, sparked debates across digital platforms, with supporters on both sides amplifying the conflict and drawing national attention.

Blord’s release does not end the legal process. Proceedings are expected to continue, meaning the case could still evolve depending on court outcomes and further developments.

For now, however, his exit from custody marks a turning point in a saga that highlights how online disputes in Nigeria are increasingly spilling into real-world legal battles.
