Crown FC have appointed Waheed Bello Adeolu as their new General Manager as the Oyo State-owned club prepares for the 2026/27 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
The appointment was confirmed by the Oyo State Government through the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, with Waheed tasked with providing the leadership and technical direction needed to strengthen the club.
The new General Manager is expected to play a key role in repositioning the Ajilete Warriors and ensuring the team is properly prepared for the new NNL campaign.
Crown FC are already making preparations for the upcoming season, with the club set to begin their campaign against Heartland in Owerri on Saturday, October 30.
The encounter will provide Waheed with an early opportunity to begin implementing his plans as the club’s new General Manager and set the tone for the season ahead.
The club has also made another key management change, promoting Oyebowale Adetayo from Welfare Director to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The latest appointments are part of Crown FC’s efforts to strengthen their administrative structure as they target a successful campaign in the 2026/27 NNL season.
