King Ochacho Says ₦400m Mansion Gift to Peller, Jarvis Is ‘Just the Beginning’

Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted to TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat (Peller) and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis), as a modest gesture.

Speaking during a TikTok livestream on Monday, shortly after the couple’s wedding ceremony in Lagos, Ochacho said the Abuja property was only a small token compared to the support he hopes to provide the couple in the future.

According to him, the decision to present the mansion was inspired by Peller’s personality and generosity.

He said he believes that acts of giving attract greater blessings and expressed confidence that the mansion would eventually become the least valuable gift he would ever present to the popular content creator.

Ochacho also hinted at plans to offer even bigger gifts in the future, suggesting that the luxury property marks only the beginning of his support for Peller.

The mansion, valued at ₦400 million and located in Abuja, was officially unveiled during the wedding ceremony of Peller and Jarvis, drawing excitement from guests and widespread reactions on social media.
