Popular gospel singer Moses Bliss has shared a personal testimony about a frightening health scare involving his wife, Marie Bliss, describing how she battled an undiagnosed illness that left doctors searching for answers.
Speaking during a ministration at the Mountain Experience programme in Abuja, the singer said his wife suddenly fell ill while they were in the United Kingdom, developing severe body pain and difficulty breathing.
He explained that the condition worsened quickly, prompting an urgent hospital visit where multiple medical tests were carried out, but doctors were unable to identify the cause of her symptoms.
According to him, the situation became emotionally overwhelming as the illness persisted without diagnosis, leaving him deeply distressed.
He recounted that the pain affected one side of her body and spread to her back, before her breathing difficulties became severe enough to require immediate medical attention.
Despite the extensive tests, no clear medical explanation was found, a development he described as unsettling and distressing for the family.
The gospel artiste said he later had to travel to Nigeria for a programme, during which he said he experienced what he described as a spiritual prompting that encouraged him to pray fervently for his wife.
On returning to the UK, he said he and his wife prayed together and continued speaking words of faith over her condition.
He added that shortly after that moment of intense prayer, his wife contacted him to say she had been discharged from the hospital, claiming her recovery came unexpectedly.
The testimony, delivered before a congregation, was presented as an account of faith and divine intervention, highlighting his belief in the power of prayer during medical uncertainty.
