“Stop Messaging Me” — Whitemoney Warns BBNaija Hopefuls Over Fake Influence Claims

Reality TV star and former winner of Big Brother Naija, Whitemoney, has urged aspiring housemates to stop flooding his inbox with requests for help to secure a place on the show.

The 2021 “Shine Ya Eye” winner said he has been overwhelmed by messages from hopeful contestants asking him to use his influence to get them into the upcoming BBNaija season.

Speaking in a video broadcast, Whitemoney made it clear that he has no control over the selection process and cannot influence anyone’s admission into the reality show.

“My DM is filled up with messages from people asking me to influence their entries into BBNaija. Please, I do not have the power to put you into Big Brother house. Stop sending messages,” he said.

He noted that the pressure tends to increase every year as the show approaches, but stressed that this year’s volume of requests has been unusually high.

Whitemoney also acknowledged the tough economic situation in the country, saying it is understandable that many young people see the show as a fast track to fame and financial stability.

However, he strongly advised applicants to follow official audition procedures instead of looking for shortcuts or falling victim to scams.

He revealed that even he had to audition multiple times before eventually being selected for the show, urging hopefuls to remain persistent.

“I auditioned 4 times before I was picked. Keep auditioning even if they reject you,” he said, warning against paying anyone who claims to have access to BBNaija slots.

The reality star concluded by encouraging transparency, patience, and caution among aspiring contestants.
