Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen and his partner, Stefanie Kim Ladewig, have welcomed their second child together, a baby girl named Liora Audrey.
Turkish football giants Galatasaray announced the arrival of the newborn on Thursday through their official social media platforms.
In a post shared on the club’s X account on Friday, Galatasaray congratulated the couple and wished their daughter a healthy and happy life.
“Our Football A Team player Victor Osimhen and Stefanie have welcomed a baby girl into the world,” the club announced.
The statement added: “We congratulate the couple Victor and Stefanie; we wish their newborn baby Liora Audrey a long, healthy, and happy life!”
The newborn is the couple’s second child together. They are already parents to a daughter, Hailey.
The announcement comes shortly after reports that Ladewig was involved in a minor road accident in Istanbul earlier this month while pregnant. She was reportedly unharmed in the incident.
Osimhen, 27, has continued to feature prominently for Galatasaray following his move to the Turkish club, where he has maintained his status as one of the team’s key attacking players.
The Nigerian international is expected to rejoin his teammates ahead of Galatasaray’s upcoming Turkish Süper Lig fixture against Konyaspor.
The announcement has attracted congratulatory messages from football supporters in Nigeria and Turkey, with fans celebrating the latest addition to the Osimhen family.
