Regina Daniels has revealed that marriage is no longer a priority for her following her highly publicised separation from estranged husband Ned Nwoko.

The Nollywood actress made the disclosure during a livestream conversation with popular TikTok creator Jarvis, where she spoke candidly about motherhood, family, and her future plans.

Despite distancing herself from the idea of getting married again, Regina said she still hopes to have more children. According to her, having a daughter has now become deeply important to her.

“I want to have six children and I have two already, two boys. It’s so crazy but for some reason I have checked my mind out from getting married. But I am going to have a girl and I must have a girl,” she said during the livestream.

The actress explained that her desire for a daughter comes from her belief that women often remain emotionally connected to their families even after adulthood and marriage.

“Men will grow, get married and focus more on building family. But for women, she will always remember home,” Regina added.

Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko got married in 2019 in a relationship that sparked intense national debate because of their nearly 40-year age difference. At the time, Regina was 19 years old, while Nwoko was already an established billionaire businessman and politician.

The couple welcomed two sons during their marriage and frequently shared family moments online, presenting what many followers viewed as a glamorous celebrity union.

However, the relationship became embroiled in controversy in late 2025 after allegations surfaced from Nwoko accusing the actress of battling drug and alcohol-related issues that allegedly required rehabilitation.

Regina strongly denied the claims and responded publicly with accusations of manipulation, emotional control, and abuse. The fallout quickly escalated online, leading to widespread reactions across social media platforms and entertainment circles.

Shortly after the public dispute, the actress reportedly moved out of their matrimonial home and has since continued to describe herself as single while focusing on her career, business ventures, and raising her children.

Her latest comments have once again triggered conversations online, with many fans debating modern marriage, celebrity relationships, and motherhood in Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
