Zlatan Fixes October 24 for Wedding to Partner Davita Lamai

Nigerian singer Omoniyi Raphael, popularly known as Zlatan, has announced October 24, 2026, as the date for his wedding to his partner, Davita Lamai.

The couple disclosed the date in a video shared on Instagram on Thursday night, accompanying the announcement with the caption, “24 October 2026”.

The video, titled “Save the Date”, features a voiceover by one of their children reflecting on their parents’ relationship and family life.

“When I think about love, I think about my mommy and daddy,” the child says in the clip, offering a personal touch to the wedding announcement.

The announcement comes months after reports emerged that Zlatan and Lamai had held a private civil ceremony.

In July, the couple reportedly informed friends and colleagues about their wedding plans while travelling to the ceremony of businessman and music executive Soso Soberekon.

Zlatan and Lamai already have two children together. Their first child, Toluwalase Omoniyi, was born in 2020, while their second son, Benaiah Omoniyi, was born in 2024.

The October ceremony is expected to mark another milestone in the couple’s relationship, with their wedding announcement drawing attention from fans and followers on social media.
